Although juicing fresh fruit and veggies is the best; there are many of you who may would like to juice, but you just don't have time. You may consider getting dehydrated veggies and adding water to it and drinking it. You will get the nutritional value (vitamins and minerals). It is like taking a whole food vitamin. If it is veggies, you get an alkalinizing affect that makes your internal environment very unfriendly to diseases, bacteria and viruses. I formulated a very good one that I have been using for the past year. It contains spirulina, Barley grass, Kelp, spinach and beetroot. All of these veggies are high in vitamins and minerals, and your liver will love the beets(*_*).
Green drinks are very good in combating the degenerative diseases. A good recipe would be:
Spinach, celery, dandelion and collard or turnip or any other kind of green veggie.
A good liver cleansing recipe: Beets, dandelion, spinach and celery. (caution: be careful with the amount of beets you put in your drink, 1 or 1/2 is good, more than that may cause diarrhea. When you use beets, be aware that you may see red in your bowel movement!!!
A cleansing drink would be: strawberries, pineapple, oranges, lemon and apples.
