Health Consultation: Will include you answering client history questions on Diet and lifestyle, and past or present illnesses. If there is a medical problem, my objective is to help you resolve it naturally. I will design a nutrition and lifestyle protocol specifically tailored to your health imbalances. My job is to empower you with information that will help you to take charge of your health naturally. As a Naturopath, my objective is to build health with one meal and lifestyle change at a time.

If you have problems with your skin, ( acne, psoriasis, eczema or any other type of skin inflammation) I would be more than happy to help you with that as well. My approach to a skin condition is synergistic, an inside out approach. 

Initial 1 hour Consultations are $250.00, 45 minute follow up consultations are $150.00. Consultations can be done in person or over the phone.

The best way to deal with a health issue Naturopathically is to develop a wellness plan and follow up with bi-monthly accountability with me as your personal coach. Many times clients do a one hour consultation and no follow up. This may be okay depending on your condition. If it is an acute condition then that may work. If you have been battling a chronic condition then the best way to deal with that is to get on a 3 or 6 month program. 

The three month program monthly fee is $450. This includes a weekly 1/2 hour follow up and couching session. The 6 month program is $395-this inculdes a weekly 1/2 hour follow up and couching session.

Step 2) Look over consultation form and on a separate piece of paper, write down your answers. You can also copy and paste onto a word document and send it to me via email at least 24hrs. before your appointment (vmaltinebeautyandwellness@yahoo.com). 

Step 3) If it is a phone consultation and you would like to pay by credit or debit, go to products and prices page 24 hrs before your appointment. Click on phone consultation and add it your shopping cart and complete your transaction.
